As Deta Tourism Enterprises ("Company"), we show maximum sensitivity to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of all personal data belonging to all persons associated with the Company, including those who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK Law").

1. Collection, Processing and Processing Purposes of Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through our Company's units and offices, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means, by automatic or non-automatic methods, although it may vary depending on the service provided by our Company and our Company's commercial activities.

Your collected personal data will be processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK Law for the purposes of providing accommodation services, performing reservation transactions, fulfilling legal obligations (Identity Reporting Law, etc.) and ensuring customer satisfaction.

2. To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be transferred to the General Directorate of Security and other legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK Law for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by our business units to make you benefit from the products and services offered by our Company and ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the persons in business relationship with our Company.

3. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the KVKK Law

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company, our Company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest according to the nature of the request. In this context, personal data owners have the rights to;

  • Learn whether personal data is processed,
  • Request information if personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed.
